1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapSelect Admin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the SnapSelect platform for your photography business operations according to your chosen subscription plan.

You shall not:

• Modify or copy the materials on the platform
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

3. Subscription and Billing

Fees for our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) depending on the subscription plan you select.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the data and photos you upload to the platform. By using the platform, you grant us a license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnapSelect, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
