At SnapSelect Admin, we want to ensure you are satisfied with our platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users to explore the platform's features before committing to a paid plan.

Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable after the payment has been processed. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • There was a technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service for an extended period.
  • You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@webtix.digital within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your studio name, email address, and the reason for your request.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
